The project is a journey through the eclecticism that runs through its different spaces with diverse styles. The house shows elements of industrial minimalism in the facade and in the access to the main room where the kitchen, the dining room and the access to the garden converge. The house opens up to a homey atmosphere, presenting three rooms in neoclassical style. We find its greatest expression in the second social area composed of a gym, an office with a restored "partner desk" and an English style pub giving access to a covered terrace overlooking the mountainous area of the city.
Its hallmark is the round windows inspired by the gothic religious architecture of the 15th century.

This apartment evokes the word "vacation" and is designed for couples and groups of friends looking to experience the vibrant energy of the city. It offers all the comforts and a stylish ambiance, with pink tones, textured textiles, golden details, tropical figures and quirky table settings, creating an unforgettable vacation rental experience.

Terra is designed to be a short-term vacation rental for groups of up to 15 people, with private parking for two large SUVs. Its style is in line with current trends, making it the perfect retreat for those seeking happiness and good times. It is designed according to the Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi, characterized by the “honest use” and minimalism of natural textures, organic shapes, earth and terracotta colors, and the rejection of ornamentation and excessive decoration. The overall intention is to create cozy and warm spaces that reflect the materials used.
Its design is adapted to the slope of the land, which presented an additional challenge but gave us the opportunity to create a dynamic and visually appealing proposal, allowing us to take a sensory journey along the Mediterranean coast without leaving Antioquia.
The external staircases provide direct access to the common areas of the condominium without having to walk through the entire space, connecting visitors with all the benefits this place has to offer.

The feeling we seek for the people who inhabit this place is an atmosphere of calm and sophistication that manages to align with a sober, elegant and focused personality. A space conducive to the flow of good ideas, the feeling of being in the clouds, seeing everything from above and breathing purer air. It is approached with gradations of neutral colors in contrast with the blue sky of Miami through the large balcony that offers stunning views to the west of the city.

Palma surf is an apartment located in Cartagena, created for vacation lettings of short rentals, with a natural and somewhat minimalist style, it uses light and neutral tones, open pore woods and turquoise colors, bringing to the interior of the apartment the tranquility of the beach.
As for the interior design, a conductive element was used, a natural wood border at half height that seeks to generate a warmer and cozier space, always taking advantage of natural light. Our mission was to give a radical twist to an industrial style house, transforming it into a warm and welcoming space that reflects the neoclassical style and provides spaces to share with family. We combined elements of the neoclassical style with warm materials such as wood, textiles and vibrant colors. The new BBQ area became the heart of the home, a versatile space to enjoy unforgettable moments.
In addition to its functional value, this element brings a sculptural sensation to the space, evoking a feeling of respect for gastronomic traditions and the family dynamics that surround it.
